Ta Nang – Phan Dung (Yavly Waterfall): Lam Dong – Binh Thuan

The challenging Ta Nang Phan Dung trail is one of the most amazing trekking in Vietnam, especially for anyone love outdoor adventures. Total 35km from Ta Nang village, visitors as an explorer, will have an unforgettable experience through pristine forest, grassy hills, and unspoiled streams to Phan Dung village, with elevations from 500 to 1100 meters above sea level. Standing on top of the hill and looking breathtaking scenery, it is awesome moment. You will visit Yavly waterfall, one of the most beautiful waterfall in this area and enjoy excellent moment at the campsite.
In 3 days trekking, you will mostly leave out mobile phone service or internet. At the end of the day, you can finally relax and enjoy the heat from the camp-fire with delicious and freshly grilled meat. Next morning, you can enjoy a hot cup of coffee while waiting for the sun to rise in the middle of a forest. Natural masterpieces will help you forget all worries, chaos of daily life, relax yourself and feel “The Harmony of Earth”.

The tour departs every Thursday evening with the group of minimum 9 pax and maximum 15 pax. In case you need a private tour, Simple Backpackers are pleased to serve all your needs with the demand of flexible time.

Departure (at night)

21h00 Pick up at bus station. Tour guides help you find your seats and arrange the luggage.
21h30 Departure

In case you are from other areas, our support team will give you an advice for the most convenient transportation to the meeting point in Duc Trong.

1^st day

MORNING

04h30       Arrive Da Loan
05h00       Have breakfast with local speacial food
07h00       Move to the starting point. Warm up before trekking
08h00       Departure. In the morning, 3 steep hills are waiting for you and the gift is beautiful grassy hills landscape on the top

AFTERNOON

11h30       Have lunch and short nap under the shade of tree on grassy hill
13h30       Continue moving to the campsite
17h00       Arrive the camp. Free and easy time at the campsite. Wait for sunset moments on the hill

EVENING

18h00 Dinner time with BBQ and Choru’s wine.

21h00 Take a deep rest.

2^ndday

MORNING

06h00       Wake up and do warm up exercises after a long night.
06h30       Have breakfast, sip early hot tea | coffee
08h00       Continue the second day trek

AFTERNOON

11h30       Enjoy lunch
13h30       Yavly Waterfall is waiting for you in this evening
16h30       Arrive the camp near the waterfall. Free and easy time to check-in the waterfall, swim and relax on the stream

EVENING

18h00 Enjoy the dinner and listen to the breath of jungle
21h00 Take a deep rest.

MORNING

06h00       Wake up and do warm up exercises after a long night.
06h30       Breakfast time with hot tea | coffee.
08h00       Continue the third day trek to Mr. Le’s house – The Old Raglay man

AFTERNOON

12h00 Arrive Mr.Le’s house. Relax and wait for transit motorbike to Phan Dung village
13h00 Enjoy lunch
14h30 Transfer to Lien Huong sea town. Free and easy time at Lien Huong

EVENING

21h00 Night bus is waiting to take us back to Saigon along National Route 1A

The bus will arrive at Saigon around 04:30 AM, depending on the actual traffic situation.

"Safety first". Each tourist is protected by highest domestic travel insurance package (up to 100 millions Vietnam Dong worth of liability for loss or damage)

PERSONAL ESSENTIAL ITEMS

Essential items	Note
Identification	Passport, insurance health care, ATM card
Water	Each tourist has 1,5 liters of pure water per day. Carry more as your need but should not exceed 3 liters
Trekking / Hiking backpack	The hip belt ensures all-day carrying comfort. The size is at least 25 liters to carry all your items. Important note: Rain cover for your backpack must be available
Trekking / Hiking shoes	Do not use worn down shoes that can cause sideslip. No running or walking shoes. Recommend to use trekking / hiking shoes (vibram) with size of the shoes is bigger than normal 1 size. Good drainage is preferred.
Sport clothes	Comfortable for trekking activities. No pants, short pants or jeans
Sleeve cover, scarf, hat, widened harness belt	At least one more long socks in case wet. Widened harness belt prevents you from insect crawling into your clothes. Sleeve cover, scarf and hat keep your skin safe from sunburn.
Rain cover	Keep your body dry through heavy rain
Coat	The temperature at campsite may drop down at night and early morning.
Waterproof bag	Cover all your clothes and electronics before putting into your backpack
High energy snack and drink	Depends on your need. (such as: chocolate, energy bar, snack,...)
Health care for individual as doctor's advice	Any issue of your health condition must be approved by your doctor within personal drug treatment.

TOUR POLICY

Transfer 100% of the total price is required to secure your reservation and for well preparation (Deposit of 500,000 VND is available for reservation). Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes.

Cancellation (backward from the departure day)

Before 10 days: return 100% attending fee
Before 7 days: return 50% attending fee
Before 5 days: return 10% attending fee
From day 4 to departure day: not return

Postponement or change tour: (backward from the departure day)

Before 10 days: Free
Before 7 days: surcharge 40% attending fee
Before 5 days: surcharge 70% attending fee
From day 4 to departure day: as cancellation and make new registration. Pay 100% attending fee

Note: Customers will be returned or surcharge the difference of cost between two tours

COMMITMENT

Being responsible for your health conditions and were instructed to participate in the tour.
Being responsible for any health problems to treat that may cause danger during your participation in the tour and being approved by your doctor that you can participate in this tour.
Being noticed that trekking can cause several unwanted injuries and you accept that may occur during your participation in this tour.
No tree cutting and No hunting. Do not leave in the campsite at night. Using torch and moving safely while going around campsite at night.
Go above the first tour guide or go behind the last tour guide is prohibited. Do not leave the team without permission of tour leader or inform any tour guide.
Keep the environment clean. No littering. All organic or inorganic waste will be handled by our tour guides.
Do not swim in the ocean, river, stream, lake, or enter the dangerous area without your tour guide's consent and without protective equipment.
Inform the nearest tour guide as soon as you need help or something goes wrong.
Not carry explosives, chemicals that affect the forest habitat.
Follow the guidance of the tour guide team when participating in activities. Comply with the decisions of tour leader when problem occurs.
Comply with the the laws of Vietnam.
